If you’ve found your way to my website, chances are you’ve taken one of my classes—and I hope you loved it! 💛
My love for yoga started over 10 years ago when I was doing my MA in Holland. At the time, I was so stiff from running that I could barely touch my toes! I originally tried yoga to help with recovery and fitness, but I quickly fell in love with it. I found an amazing teacher (not always easy!), and even though all the lessons were in Dutch, I kept going back for more.
After completing my MA, I moved back to London and started working in finance —only to realize that it wasn’t the path for me. So, I packed my bags and headed to India, where I completed my 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training. Fast forward to today, and I’m a qualified Yoga, Personal Training (PT), and Mat Pilates instructor with over five years of experience teaching group, private, and corporate classes across London.
My teaching style is clear, concise, and fun 💪🎉—I want you to leave every class feeling energized and accomplished! I’ve worked with people of all ages and abilities, from SEN students to elderly clients to seasoned yogis, and everyone in between.
My goal? To help you feel strong, capable, and balanced—both physically and emotionally—through the principles of Yoga and Pilates. I’m also currently training in Reformer Pilates and can’t wait to share more with you soon!
Let’s move together! 🚀
